Booking and cancellation policies
Our SPA complex in Kharkiv offers a wide variety of options to retreat and provides the following services:
- visit to the SPA center (swimming pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam);
- complex SPA treatments;
- various massages and peelings;
- gift certificates for all SPA services;
- other additional services.
The procedure for booking visits, sessions and other services of the SPA center
- You can get advice, book a visit to the SPA center, complex sessions and additional services, make changes to the reservation, order a gift certificate at the reception of the SPA center or hotel, as well as by calling:

- You can book a visit to the SPA center upon prior request without prepayment. SPA treatments and services of massages, peelings are provided at a 100% prepayment, which should be paid no later than three days before the provision of the service. In case of no payment for spa treatments, massages and peels three days before their provision, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Forms of payment: cash and bank transfer payments, payment by credit card.
Cancellation of reservations for visits, procedures and other services of the SPA center
- In case of delayed visit, the visit, treatment and any other ordered service of the SPA center is paid in full without extending it in time.
- Changes to the booking of treatments and services are accepted at least 48 hours before the time of the procedure (service), that is, it can be postponed to another date with the preservation of the paid amount. Otherwise (less than 48 hours in advance), booking or treatment (service) is not postponed to another date, and the prepayment is not refundable.
