Dear guests!

We pay your attention that according to the decision №1240 of Ministers of Ukraine dated 23.11.2021 from 06.12.2021 all the guests using our hotel complex services for hotel accommodation, SPA center, restaurant and conference halls visiting must carry the one of the following documents:

- document which confirm full vaccination course, international, domestic COVID certificate of Ukraine issued in Ukraine in accordance of Procedure №677;

- foreign of certificate which confirm COVID-19 vaccination a single dose of two dose vaccine (yellow certificate);

- single dose of one dose vaccine or two dose of two dose vaccine (green certificate) which included World Health Organization in the list of authorizing for using emergences;

- negative result of testing by the method of PCR reaction or recovering of the person from specified diseases that confirm using Unified State web portal of e-services particularly with the use of the mobile app of “Diya” portal (Diya).

The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse to provide the services of our hotel complex the guests who are not able to produce one of the above-mentioned documents.
